At Her Andaaz, we want you to love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to claim an exchange or return.
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags and protective stickers attached.
- The claim is made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Defective or Wrong Item Received If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we apologize for the inconvenience!
- Our Promise: We will replace the item FREE of charge.
- Process: Please verify the issue by sending a picture or video of the defect to our WhatsApp or Email. We will arrange the exchange immediately.
3. Change of Mind / Size Exchange If the item is perfect but you want to exchange it for a different style or color:
- You are welcome to exchange it, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs (sending the item back to us and the delivery charges for the new item).
- The item must be in 100% resellable condition.
4. Non-Returnable Items Please note that we cannot offer returns or exchanges on:
- Items bought on Sale or Clearance.
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
5. Refund Policy
- Exchange First: We primarily offer exchanges or store credit so you can choose something else you love.
- Cash Refunds: Cash refunds are processed only in specific cases (e.g., if the item you ordered is out of stock and we cannot provide a replacement). Refunds are transferred via Bank Transfer or JazzCash within 5-7 working days after we receive your returned item.
